Lemon Greek Chicken & potatoes

Ingredients
Lemons, Red pepper, Red potatoes, Chicken breast, Canola oil, Seasoning to taste (onion powder, black pepper, lemon pepper, etc.)
Directions
Quarter Potatoes, Chop Chicken, Red pepper, & 1 Lemon (including zest) put in a regular size baking pan. Drizzle the canola oil over ningredients. Squeeze the remaining lemon over the ingredients to give it extra flavor. Cover with foil or baking lid. Cook on 350 For 30 minutes. Remove foil/lid and bake uncovered for 10min. Serve & Enjoy!
