Paleo Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients1/2 c Coconut Flour2 tbsp Tapioca Starch1 tbsp Cinnamon1/2 tsp Ginger1/2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Baking PowderWet Ingredients6 Eggs5 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted1/2 c Unsweetened Applesauce1/4 Pure Maple Syrup (the lower the grade, the better)3/4-1 c Blueberries, fresh or thawed
Directions
Sift dry ingredients to combine
Whisk together wet ingredients (minus berries) until combined
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well.
Stir in blueberries.
Scoop into well-greased muffin tins and bake for 15 min at 400 degrees.
