Easy Chicken Enchiladas made with Philaelphia cooking cream Sante Fe Blend

1 small onion2 tsp. oil3 cups shredded chicken breast1 can diced tomatoes (drained)1 tub Philadelphia Santa Fe cooking cream blend, divided.5 cup shredded cheese8 flour tortillas
Heat oven to 350.
Cook and stir in onions and hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 4 to 5 minutes OR until crisp-tender.
Stir in chicken, tomatoes, 3/4 cup cooking cream, and shredded cheese.
Spoon about 1/3 cup of chicken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up.
Place seam side down in a 13x9 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with remaining cream.
Cover.
Bake 15-20 minutes OR until heated through.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of two enchiladas
