Ingredients
4 cups diced potatoes1/2 tsp saltapprox 2 cups of water to cover
Directions
wash and dice potatoes cover with water. bring to a simmer and simmer approx. 10 minutes till tender. strain and serve with whatever condiments allowed. I needed a straight boiled potato receipe and could not find one in titles.
