Moroccan Salmon w/ Quinoa Pilaf

Ingredients
*Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving cup dry, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 2 cup Parsley, .5 cupRaisins, .25 cupPine Nuts, 2 tbspSalt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, .5 tspCumin, .25 tbspCinnamon, ground 1/8 tspPepper, red or cayenne 1/8 tspAtlantic Salmon (fish), 4 4-6oz filets
Directions
make quinoa using the chicken broth according to package instructions. after it is cooked mix in the raisins and parsley and pine nuts. rub the salmon filets with a mixture of all the spices and the salt, cook at 350 for 10-12 min.
