Paleo Cinnamon Bun Muffins

Almond meal (almond flour) - 1/4 cup, 8 servingCoconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5, 4 tbspBaking Soda, 1 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Coconut Oil, .5 cupHoney, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 6 largeVanilla Extract, 2 tbspHoney, 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, 1 1tsp
Mix 2 tbs honey, 1 tbs coconut oil and 1 tbs cinnamon together and set aside.
Combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl blend together oil, agave, eggs and vanilla
Blend dry ingredients into wet and portion into 6 large muffin cups.
Spoon topping onto muffins.
Bake muffins for 18-20 minutes at 350°
