Teriyaki Beef STir fry

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 3 oz Broccoli, cooked, 0.5 cup, chopped Cauliflower, cooked, 0.5 cup (1" pieces) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips *Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cup Nestle Chef Mate Teriyaki Sauce, 6 tbsp *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup Ginger Root, 3 slices (1" dia) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices
Directions
slice beef into 3" strips, add 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce, toss well and let sit in fridge for 1/2 hr minimum.
spray non stick pan with cooking spray, heat to med high and add olive oil.
flatten ginger and add to oil. fry until ginger starts to brown, stirring frequently; remove ginger.
add beef and onions, stir fry until red is gone from beef
add carrots,cauliflower & broccoli; stir fry for 2 minutes;
add rest of vegetables and teriyaki sauce; stir fry 2-5 minutes to desired tenderness
