Ingredients
one cup rolled quick oatsone cup whole wheat flour (minus one tbls)one tbls flax seed meal1/3 cup white sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/3 cup maple syrup1/2 cup oil (olive, safflower)1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup chocochips1/4 cup walnuts
Directions
separate wet ingredients from dry then mix together. roll into balls about one tablespoon. cook 12 mins at 350.
