Ingredients
Flour, whole grain, 3.5 cup (remove)Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Honey, .25 cup (remove)Yeast, bakers, 1 ounce (remove)Milk, nonfat, .3333 cup (remove)Salt, 1.25 tsp (remove)
Directions
Proof yeast in warm water
Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl
Add yeast mixture
Mix until dough comes together
Knead dough on lightly floured surface for 6-10 minutes
Place dough in oiled or floured bowl and let rise 60 minutes
Punch down dough and form into 8 inch roll
Place in greased loaf pan
Allow to rise for additional 30-60 minutes, covered with greased plastic wrap
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, lightly cover with aluminum foil
