Salsa Swai

Ingredients
1 lb swai fillets1 cup salsa1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Directions
Place swai fillets in an oven-safe dish. Pour salsa to cover completely. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and cilantro (if desired). Bake for an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
