Very low-fat Raspberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/4 cup egg substitute3/4 c. skim milk1/2 c. fat free plain Greek yogurt1 t. vanilla1/2 c. whole wheat flour1 c. unbleached flour1/2 c. sugar1/2 t. salt2 t. baking powder3/4 c. raspberries, fresh or thawed
Directions
Mix egg, milk, yogurt and vanilla until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until blended. Divide into 12 muffin cups (lined or sprayed with cooking spray). Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
