Slimmer Amish Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
3/4 cup Egg Beaters3 large eggs1 sweet onion, chopped2 cups shredded low fat cheddar cheese1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese4 cups thawed uncooked Hash Brown potatoes1.5 cups Nonfat Cottage CheeseBreakfast sausage1 lb 93% lean Ground turkey3/4 tsp Salt,1/2 tsp Sage 1/4 tsp Ginger1/2 tsp Pepper
Directions
Cook breakfast sausage ingredients plus onion together until well cooked. Drain fat.

In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; stir in breakfast sausage mixture. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until set and bubbly. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
