chapati flat bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup hemp powder1 cup whole wheat flourabout 1/2 cup water1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
mix hemp, flour and salt with water to make a springy dough. Knead several minutes.

Make 6 balls. let rest (covered) about 1 hour

roll out flat and thin; a tortilla press makes this very easy. Press between sheets of plastic wrap. Otherwise use a rolling pin on floured surface

In lightly oiled griddle, brown lightly on each side. Can freeze extras.
