Catfish po'boys

2 tblsp fat free mayo1 tblsp fat free sour cream1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 1 tsp of sugar2 cups of broccoli coleslaw mix1 lb of catfish cut into 2.5 in strips2 tblspn of fat free milk.25 cup of cornmeal2 tsp of cajun seasoning1/2 tspn of salt (i suggest less it was a little salty)1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper 2 tspn olive oil4 kaiser rolls, split
whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar until smooth. Blend with coleslaw mix.
In shallow bowl, toss fish with milk.
In large ziploc bag, combine cornmeal cajun seasoning, salt and cayenne. Add catfish and shake.
Heat oil in non stick skillet over medium heat. Cook fish 4-5 min per side or until fish flakes easily and coating is golden brown. Spoon coleslaw onto rolls and top with fish.
