- Whole Wheat flour, 1 cup- steel cut oats, 1 cup- Baking Powder, 1 TBSP- Salt, 1/2 tsp (optional)- Nutmeg, 1/2 tsp- Cinnamon, 2 tsp- STEVIA powder, 1 1/2 tsp**- egg substitute 1/4 cup- almond milk unsweetened 1 cup- Apple, 1- Apple Sauce, 1/4 cup- ground flax seed 2 Tbsp
Directions
combing ww flour, oats, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, splenda(or stevia). in another bowl combine almond milk, egg, shredded (or diced apple) and apple sauce. mix wet into dry and put in pam coated muffin tins. bake 18-20 min
