Chinese Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 large head of Cabbage, shredded1 bunch of Green Onions, sliced2 large 1/2 breast of Chicken (or 3 small), boiled and shredded3/4 Cup Canola Oil8 Tbs Sugar8 tsp Rice Vinegar1/2 tsp Ginger1/2 tsp Black Pepper4 tsp Salt2 packages of Ramen Noodles, broken into small pieces1/2 Cup Almond Slivers1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds1/4 Cup Honey
Directions
Salad: Boil chicken and shred, shred cabbage, and chop green onions. Toss in a large bowl.
Dressing: combine oil, sugar, vinegar, ginger, salt and pepper in a small sauce pan and boil until sugar dissolves. Place in jar with lid and refridgerate.
Topping: spread broken noodles, almonds and sesame seeds on parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Drizzle honey over and bake for 10-15 minutes in 400 degree oven. Watch carefully!!! Let cool and break into pieces.

When ready to serve: toss all together. Enjoy!
