Ingredients
* *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove) * Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove) * *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove) * *Great Value Broccoli Stir-Fry Vegetables, 1.75 cup (remove) * *Mushroom Pieces & Stems, Happy Harvest - 1/2 Cup, 1 serving (remove) * Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tsp of soy sauce stir well to break in little pieces set aside, add remain of oil cook mushroom till crispy, add cook white rice, stir for 5 min add rest of soy sauce and rest of ingredients including egg cook for 5-10 min stir constantly and serve.
