Ingredients
Bulgur, dry, 2 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Chicken Broth, 5 cup (8 fl oz) Water chestnuts, 1 cup slicesOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Pour olive oil into pan, add peppers, onions, and bulgur. Stir mixture until rice is browned and when peppers and onions are soft. Add chicken broth. Then let come to a boil, reduce heat to simmer then cover until liquid evaporate.
