1 Tube crescent rolls (low fat)1 c. low fat or fat free sour cream1 c. low fat cream cheese, softenedgarlic saltdill weedonion flakes1 c. diced celery1 c. diced bell pepper1 c. shredded carrots1 c. shredded low fat cheddar cheese
Makes 10 pizza slices:
Bake dough on a flat cookie sheet (not in rolls) like a pizza crust according the package directions. Set aside and let cool completely.
Dice celery and pepper, grate carrots.
Mix sour cream and cream cheese in a bowl with seasonings, to taste. Spread on cooled crust. Top with celery, peppers, carrots and cheese. Refridgerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
