Ingredients
Directions
Ground Turkey 93% Lean 40 ozEgg Substitute (Egg Beaters) 1/2 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese 1 cupGarlic Powder 2 tspBlack Pepper 1/2 tsp
Mix ingredients in a bowl.
Form into meatloaf.
Cook on 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
Let cool and fat drain for 10 minutes before serving. Depending on your dish-may have to drain fat during cook time.
Makes: 16 servings of about 2 oz each.
Add ketchup, tomato sauce, etc as desired (not included in nutrition info). My first try at this was a bit dry-added ketchup and it was much better.
