Spinach sagwalla with lamb

Ingredients
2 tbsp canola oil1 small chopped onion6 cloves garlic1 tbsp ginger2 tsp coriander1/2 tsp turmeric1/4 tsp cayenne1 c. water1 c. plain or greek yogurt
Directions
cook onions, then garlic in oil until softened. Add everything else except the yogurt. Cook 10-15 minutes, then puree, and add yogurt to puree. Serve with rice or nan.
