Ham Steaks with Thyme Honey Glaze

1 1/2 lbs ham steaks1/2 stick unsalted butter2 Tbsp thyme2 Tbsp cider vinegar1/2 cup mild honey1 tsp Worcestershire sauceblack pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 with rack in lower third.
Place ham in a baking dish and set aside.
Meanwhile, melt butter with thyme in a small saucepan. Add remaining ingredients and heat through. Remove from heat and pour over the ham steaks, cover with foil and bake in the oven 30-40 minutes.
Discard foil and place back in the oven for about 10 minutes allowing the glaze to caramelize slightly. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
