Flaxseed Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 cup ground flaxseed1 tbsp cinnamon1 tbsp sugar1 tbsp baking powder1 3/4 cup skim milk1 egg1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Mix flour, flaxseed, cinnamon, sugar, and baking powder. Set aside.
Whisk together milk, egg, and vanilla. Pour wet nixture into flour mixture and stir untill combined.

Serving Size: makes aprox. 5, 1 cup pancakes
