Ingredients
Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed (remove)*1 Bannana (medium), 2 serving (remove)Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Quaker Instant Oatmeal, prepared with water, 1 Packet (remove)Spinach, fresh, .5 cup (remove)*Fruit, Private Selection Berry Medley, 1 cup (remove)*Juice, Pineapple Orange Banana, 12 oz (remove)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in Blender till it reaches the desired consistency. Make sure to mix the oatmeal with warm water prior to adding to smoothie
