1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breast tenders4 oz pretzels, crushed (I use Rold Gold Cheddar Garlic)1/4 cup bread crumbs1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Finely crush pretzels and mix with bread crumbs. Allow chicken tenders to soak in the milk for a few minutes. (Milk may be seasoned with salt & pepper). On shallow plate, cover each tender with crumbs and press to coat. Place in shallow glass pan prepared with cooking spray. Spray over tenders with cooking spray. Bake for 45-60 minutes until well browned and no longer pink.
