Melanie's Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 cups shredded pan seared chicken1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt2 tsp. chili powder1 cup salsa8 oz cream of chicken soup1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese6 Rice flour tortillas
Directions
Mix Greek yogurt, soup, chili powder and salsa in a bowl. Combine 1 cup of this mixture with the chicken and shredded cheese. Fill each tortilla with 1/6 of the chicken mixture. Place each tortilla seam side down in a casserole dish. Pour remaining sauce over the tortillas. Cover and back at 350 for 35 minutes. Uncover and back remaining 5-10 minutes, until bubbly.
