Gourmet Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
Lean ground turkey - 2 lbs.Mozzarella cheese, part skim - 1/2 cup, shreddedRoasted red peppers - about 2, dicedOlive oil - 1 Tbs.Dry white wine - splashBasil - 2 Tbs. finely choppedOnion powder - 1 tsp.Garlic powder - 1 tsp.Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Grill or broil for about 6-8 mins. per side.

Other Options:
Use your favorite cheese
Substitute roasted red peppers for sundried tomatoes or caramelized onions
