Ingredients:*Pilsbury Pie Crusts (1 crust/216gm), 8 serving (remove)*Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese,1/4 cup, 4 serving (remove)*Broccoli Florets (frozen), 1.5 cup (remove)*Onion, medium, 1 serving (remove)*Egg, Medium, Grade A, 1 egg, 2 serving (remove)*Egg white, fresh or frozen, from one large egg (1.2oz) / white, 3 serving (remove)*Fresh Express Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)*Olive Oil - Extra Light Virgin, 2 tbsp (remove)
Preheat oven to 375. Sautee onion and chopped spinach, add steamed broccoli. Mix yogurt, egg whites, cheese, and veggies in a bowl. Pour into baked pie shell and bake for 30-45 minutes.
