Spicy Cottage Cheese-Stuffed Celery

Ingredients
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 paprika1 tsp horseradish4 stalks celery, cut into 3in pieces1 small scallion, chopped1/8 tsp Amy's Vegan Wocestershire Sauce
Directions
Cut celery into 3" pieces.

Combine all other ingredients in a bowl, blend well. Spoon or pipe into the celery pieces. Sprinkle paprika on top of filling for garnish.
