Bulgur and Flax Pilaf

1 tbsp olive oil1 cup light bulgur wheat1/4 cupFlax Seed1 diced onion2 cups waterchicken bullion seasoning OR 2 cups chicken stock
In medium saucepan, oil. Add bulgur, flax seed and onion. Stir until bulgur is golden brown and flax is turning dark, about 3 minutes. Water, bullion salt and desired spices (I like garlic powder). Cover, heat to boiling, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Turn off heat, remove lid, and fluff pilaf with fork. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
