Beef Potroast with Onion Mushroom Gravy

1 - 4 lb beef bottom round roast1 can 10.75 oz cream of mushroom soup1 envelope dry onion soup mix1 1/2 cups water2 - 3 tsp instant decaffinated coffee crystals2 tsp soy sauce
Put beef roast in large (4-6 quart size) crock pot and sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper. In medium bowl combine condensed soup, dry soup mix, water, soy sauce and coffee crystals. Whisk together well and pour over meat. Cover crock pot and cook on low 10 hours. Let rest 10-15 min before slicing and serving.
