Mock Garlic Mashed Potatoes (food network)

Ingredients
medium head cauliflower1 Tbs cream cheese.25 c parmesangarlic 1/8 tsp bullionblack pepper3 Tbs butterChives for garnish
Directions
Cut cauliflower and boil until well done. Dry cauliflower well with paper towels but do not let cool. Blend in food processor while adding butter, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic, bullion and black pepper until smooth. Garnish with chives
