2 T. liquid egg whites (or white from 1 egg)2 T. plain greek yogurt2 T. oat bran
Directions
Mix ingredients. Pour into nonstick pan. Cook until slightly browned, then flip and finish cooking.

    Tried this for the first time today. I used vanilla non fat greek yoghurt and separated the egg white and whisked separately first. Nice flavour but tasted very 'eggy' so don't think I'll put the yolk in next time. Very filling and you do only need the one! Worth trying. - 8/7/11
