3 slices Applegate Organics Organic Roasted Turkey Breast1/16 Kraft Philadelphia Fat-Free Cream Cheese blockFreshly cracked pepper
Cut the block of fat-free cream cheese into 16 pieces; Keep one piece and store the rest in the 'fridge. Cut the single slice of cream cheese into 3 pieces, then spread onto each slice of turkey. Sprinkle a bit of freshly-cracked pepper on top of each turkey slice, then roll each into a log shape. Eat as is, or cut each log into 6 pieces. Perfect for Phase I of the Dukan Diet.
