FA toasted oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups oatmeals, 1 cup oat bran, .25 cup olive oil, 4 tablespoons each of cinnamon and fennel, 2 Tbsp cardamon, 1 Tbls each of cloves and ginger, 1 tsp salt.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients well in a big bowl, spread onto cookie sheet, and bake 40 minutes, stir thoroughly every 10 minutes. Store in airtight container for up to 1 month.
