Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 TBSP. Margarine (Best Life)1 bag of Sorrento shredded reduced fat cheese 2 TBSP Flour2 Cups 1% MilkSmart Taste Elbow Macaroni (1 BOX)Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Boil elbows until al dente.
Melt margarine or butter 2 tbsp. in sauce pan
Add flour and mix into a rue
Slowly add milk a little at a time
whist together until thickens
add one bag of reduced fat shredded cheese
Melt into white sauce
add to elbow noodles and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
bread crumbs may be added to the top of the dish
