GG's Creamed peas and tuna fish

Ingredients
*Flour, white, .125 cup (remove)Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)*Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 8 oz (remove)Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can (remove)Peas, canned, 1 cup (remove)
Directions
melt butter, blend in flour until smooth and bubbly over med heat. Slowly add milk and heat until thickened.
Stir in drained tuna and peas and heat thru, stirring occasionally.
