Polynesian Pork

Ingredients
Crushed Pineapple (in pineapple juice), 2.5 cupThai Chili Sauce, 16 tbsp Low calorie (diet) cola with aspartame, 12 fl oz Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 32 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, stripsPeppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
Directions
Cut peppers into strips. Add to Crock pot.
Add pork loin to a crock pot.
Combine Chili Sauce, pineapple with juice and cola, pour over pork loin. Cook on low 7 hours.

Shred with 2 forks.
Serve over rice (no included in nutrition information)
