Cheesey Salmon Mini Quiches

Ingredients
1 14 1/2 oz can of salmon4 large eggs5 oz of cheddar cheese, shredded1 TBL dill2 TBL olive oil
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350. Grease 5 - 4 oz ramekins with the olive oil. Heat some water.

2.In medium size bowl, mix the canned salmon, eggs and cheese. Stir in about half of the dill.

3.Pour salmon mixture evenly into greased ramekins. Sprinkle the remaining dill over salmon mixture.

4.Place ramekins into baking pan. Pour heated water around ramekins to about 1/2 inch.

5.Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, cool and serve.
