Vegetarian Pepper Steak

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil1 pkg. Gardein Beef Tips2 onions, sliced2 pkgs. sliced mushrooms3 bell peppers, sliced5-6 cloves garlic, sliced1/4 c Bragg's Liquid Aminoes1/3 c honey1/3 c red wine vinegargarlic powder, onion powder, pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onions and garlic. Remove and then saute mushrooms. Remove and then heat beef tips and sauce. Reduce for 25 minutes. Saute peppers until tender-crisp. Add onions, mushrooms, and peppers to beef mixture.

Serve over 1 cup brown rice.
