Ground Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts (ground or chopped)2 28 oz. cans contadina crushed tomatoes1 large onion chopped1 1oz. package chili seasoning1 large pepper chopped2 15.5 oz. cans hanover red kidney beans
Directions
Fry ground chicken ( 1 lb.) in fry pan with a little water.Fry until cooked. Put crushed tomatoes (2- 28 oz. cans), onions ( 1 Lg.), seasoning (1 oz. Pkg.) and chicken in large pot. Simmer on very low heat for 2 hours. (Low heat flavors the meat). Put chopped peppers and 2 cans of kidney beans (15.5 oz. cans) in pot and simmer for another half hour.

Makes 15 1 cup servings
