1 cup of mixed berries (I use Kirklands Rader Farms Frozen Mixed Berries)3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk1/4 to 1/3 cup of plain, unsweetened yogurt1 scoop of high-quality whey protein isolate powder1 tbsp of chia seeds
Whether using a Magic Bullet or blender to blend this, put the ingredients into the cup in the order listed so as to prevent clumping and poor mixing.
Blend for less than a minute. The Magic Bullet takes about 10-15 seconds to get it done. Do not overblend. That's it!
