Ingredients
350grams SMOKED haddock (or cod)175grams rice (pilau or long grained white)pinch of cayenne(optional)100grams peas25grams butter (unsalted)2large boiled eggschives to garnish (optional)
Directions
Put smoked haddock(or cod), in a frying pan cover with boiling water and simmer for 10mins, drain, skin & flake, keep warm.
Meanwhile cook the rice according to packet instructions then simmer for 5 Min's add peas & simmer until all water is absorbed.
Then stir in the fish, cayenne & butter put on plate quarter eggs put on top of rice then garnish with chives.
