Ingredients
Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.52 cup (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Onions, raw, 0.76 cup, chopped (remove) Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 8 oz (remove)Cream of Chicken Soup, .5 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
Directions
Brown sirloin in a large frying pan. Add mushrooms and cook on low til mushrooms are done.Add mushroom soup, and simmer covered, for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, add sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice, garnish with parsley

    I made this tonight and served with whole wheat noodles. I also substituted turkey for the beef. The entire family liked it and will definitely make again! May add worchestershire sauce next time for extra flavor. - 8/14/08

    this was easy and simple to make, and I used campbells low fat low sodium mushroom soup and I used Moneys mushroom, canned and pieces and stems the sour cream is also fat free but looking forward to this - 7/21/08
