Sour Cream, reduced fat, 0.52 cup (remove) Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove) Onions, raw, 0.76 cup, chopped (remove) Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat, 8 oz (remove)Cream of Chicken Soup, .5 can (10.75 oz) (remove)
Brown sirloin in a large frying pan. Add mushrooms and cook on low til mushrooms are done.Add mushroom soup, and simmer covered, for 10 minutes. When ready to serve, add sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice, garnish with parsley
