Garlic Cube Steak with Vegetables

Ingredients
6 Cube Steaks (may also be known as Minute Steaks)Salt and Pepper to taste1/2 tsp Garlic Powder2-3 small Onions, quartered1 small green Bell Pepper, seeded, de-ribbed and cut into 1/2-inch slices2 small yellow squash, cut into 1/2 slices3/4 tsp dried oregano
Directions
Sprinkle cube steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook steaks and onions together for about 5 minutes, or until light brown; turn. Arrange bell pepper and squash around steaks; sprinkle with oregano. Cover and cook for about 8 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp and steaks are no longer pink in center.

Makes 6 servings.
