Sweet Potato Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup white flour 3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 Tbsp minced onion1-1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1-1/2 cups sweet potato, peeled and shredded1/3 cup sugar1/3 cup olive oil2 large eggs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bottom of an 8-inch round baking pan.
Combine flour, onion, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl; mix well and set aside. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, oil, and eggs in a large bowl; mix well.
Add flour mixture to sweet potato mixture, stir until combined. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
Bake until toothpick tests done, about 25-30 minutes.
