chicken & asparagus general tsao

* Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (cut in cubes) * *White Mushroom, 15 * *Trader Joe General Tsao Sauce, 0.25 cup * Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped * Asparagus, fresh, 12 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2") * *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Shallots, 2 tbsp chopped
heat olive oil in large skillet (med heat). saute the shallots.
add in the chicken and brown. Simply toss in the asparagas, cabbage, and mushrooms and cook for about 7 minutes. the cabbage will wilt down.
add in the 1/4 cup general Tsao sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Doesn't need rice or lomein. feel free to add other low cal veggies
