Turkey and Veggie Nachos

Ingredients
1 box Hamburger Helper Cheesy Quesadilla1 lb. ground turkey1 red bell pepper, chopped1 medium onion, chopped6 green onions, chopped1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped2 carrots, shredded1/4 cup taco sauce8 oz. white corn tortilla chips2 cups lettuce, shredded1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Prepare vegetables as instructed. Brown turkey in large saucepan. Add red pepper, onions, mushrooms and carrots. Prepare Hamburger Helper mix as directed. Bring to boil, and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked. Allow mix to sit for five minutes to thicken, and add taco sauce. Serve mix atop 1 oz. tortilla chips and 1/4 cup shredded lettuce. Top with 2 tbsp. shredded cheese.
