Southwest Shrimp with Avocao Cream

Ingredients
1/4 C lime juice2 T olive oil1 t cumin2 t minced garlic2 t reduced sugar maple syrup2 t chipotle hot sauce1 lb shrimp2/3 C light sour cream1/2 C diced avocado
Directions
Mix first 6 ingredients in shallow bowl.
Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Cook shrimp on grill or stovetop according to taste.
Mix sour cream and avocado; use a fork to mash avocado and mix together.
Serve shrimp topped with avocado cream sauce.
Makes 4 servings.
