Mediterranean Chicken Wrap/Pita

Ingredients
Pita or wrapchopped tomatoshredded lettucesliced broiled chicken breastchopped olivesshredded cheddar cheeseyogurt (plan, honey or vanilla all work well)pistashios
Directions
broil (or Foreman grill) chicken breast & set aside. I always make several & then freeze them to use later-it makes for a quick lunch to toss together for work. Spread the wrap or pita with yogurt, add sliced broiled chicken breast, a hand full each of: shredded cheese, lettuce, chopped olives, pistashios & tomatoes. You can change it up by using fresh spinach in place of the lettuce, sunflower seeds, cranberries- what ever you wish.

Serving Size: makes one pita/wrap sandwich
